Service Overview
The Dispute Resolution Office (DRO), operating under the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, provides specialized services to help Saskatchewan citizens and government entities resolve conflicts outside of the traditional court system. The DRO is particularly integral to the province’s mandatory Early Family Dispute Resolution requirements, offering low-cost mediation options for separating couples to resolve parenting and support issues amicably. 🤝🕊️🧘

The staff includes qualified dispute resolution consultants who adhere to high ethical standards. The office encourages restorative approaches to justice, aiming to repair harm and restore relationships in the community.
