(Ted) Koskie, a lawyer with over 40 years of experience, the firm moved away from the traditional downtown model to create a boutique practice that prioritizes accessibility, efficiency, and personal connection. We believe that clients are people, not just file numbers. By operating with lower overhead in a convenient location, we are able to combine ”big firm” skill and quality with the practical, common-sense approach of a smaller office. In 2025, we relocated to a new, modern office on Burron Avenue in the Marquis Industrial area. This location offers plenty of free parking and easy access, removing the stress of downtown congestion for our clients.
