The Abbotsford Police Department (AbbyPD) is the independent municipal law enforcement agency serving the City of Abbotsford. Established in its current form in 1995 following the amalgamation of Matsqui and Abbotsford, the department is dedicated to its mission of making Abbotsford the safest city in British Columbia.
