My experience with this firm was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
During a direct interaction, Anthony spoke to me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, including stating “I don’t give a f*ck.” When I calmly raised that this language was inappropriate, his tone escalated further rather than being addressed or de-escalated. When I brought up communication errors on the part of his team, he became visibly agitated and defensive instead of addressing the concerns.
I was expecting to receive important documents, but instead was given an envelope that I later discovered was empty. Because of this,, we had a very difficult time trying to get the deal finalized on time.
In my view, this falls far below the standard of professionalism one should expect from a law firm. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the exchange, and the matter was not handled with the level of care, communication, or accountability I would expect.
Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this firm.
