Located in the historic Ritchie Mill building, the oldest surviving flour mill in Alberta, now converted into professional offices. It is situated on the south bank of the North Saskatchewan River, near the End of Steel Park and the Old Strathcona area.
Suite Access
Access the building via the main entrance stairs. Use the intercom system to buzz Suite 304. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor.
Parking Details
Ample free parking is available in the lot west of the building (across Tommy Banks Way) and along the street for clients.
