Embury & West LLP is located at 909 17 Ave SW, Suite #400, in the vibrant Lower Mount Royal district, directly on the famous ”Red Mile” of 17th Avenue.
Building Location
The firm is housed in the 909 building (often referred to as the 909 on 17th), a prominent mid-rise professional building known for its brick facade. It is situated between 8th Street SW and 9th Street SW, surrounded by popular restaurants and retail shops.
Suite Access
Enter the main lobby of the 909 Building (accessible from 17th Avenue or the parkade). Take the elevator to the 4th floor and look for Suite 400.
Parking Details
The building offers an attached parkade (Indigo) with visitor parking. There is also ample metered street parking on 17th Avenue and free 2-hour parking in the residential zones on the avenues to the south (Mount Royal).
Public Transit
The office is well-connected to transit. Bus Route 2 and Route 6 stop almost directly in front of the building on 17th Avenue, providing easy access from downtown and the west end.
