Building Location
Bow Valley Square is a major office complex consisting of four towers connected by a retail podium. It is a landmark location in the downtown core, easily recognizable by its red brick plaza and proximity to The CORE Shopping Centre.
Suite Access
Enter the main lobby of Bow Valley Square II. Please note that visits are by appointment only. Proceed to the elevator bank serving the high-rise floors and go to the 33rd floor.
Parking Details
The building offers a heated underground parkade accessible from 5th Avenue SW and 6th Avenue SW. Rates are standard for downtown parking. There is also street parking available on surrounding avenues during off-peak hours.
Public Transit
The office is highly accessible via the CTrain. It is located just one block south of the 1st Street SW Station (Westbound) and Center Street Station (Eastbound). Plus 15 skywalk connections link it to neighboring buildings.
