Physical counter services may be limited to specific inquiries or kiosk access.
• Document Registration: The registry processes vital legal instruments such as Deeds (Transfers), Mortgages (Charges), and Discharges. It also houses deposited Reference Plans (R-Plans) and Plans of Subdivision that define property boundaries and new developments in the growing region.

• Public Search: Individuals can search property records to verify ownership, check for liens, or research the history of a lot. Staff can assist with using the computer terminals but are prohibited from providing legal advice regarding property rights.
