Leading Disability Insurance Lawyers in Toronto
Fighting for Your Disability Benefits
Share Lawyers has been a pillar of support for disabled individuals in Toronto and across Canada for over 35 years. Founded in 1987, the firm specializes exclusively in disability insurance law, helping people who have been unfairly denied their long-term disability (LTD) benefits. If your insurance company has rejected your claim, you need a determined disability lawyer who knows how to challenge their decisions. The team at Share Lawyers understands the immense financial and emotional stress that comes with a denial. They are dedicated to lifting that burden from your shoulders, handling all communication with the insurer so you can focus on your health. Whether you are dealing with a denial from Manulife, Sun Life, or Great-West Life, Share Lawyers has the experience to hold them accountable.
Employment and Wrongful Dismissal
Disability issues are often intertwined with employment disputes. Share Lawyers provides comprehensive legal assistance for clients facing Wrongful Dismissal due to their medical conditions. If you have been fired because of a disability or forced out of your job while on leave, this is a violation of your rights. The firm’s lawyers are adept at navigating the intersection of employment law and disability insurance, ensuring you receive not only your insurance benefits but also any severance pay you are entitled to. Hiring an employment lawyer with this specific dual focus can significantly improve the outcome of your case.
No Fees Unless You Win
Share Lawyers operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning there are no upfront costs to you. You only pay legal fees if they are successful in recovering money for you. This model ensures that high-quality legal representation is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Their ”Life ReBUILDER” program further demonstrates their commitment to client welfare, offering additional support services to help clients get back on track. If you are looking to find a lawyer who is financially aligned with your success, Share Lawyers offers a risk-free path to justice.
Accessible and Compassionate Service
With a client-first philosophy, the firm utilizes modern technology to keep you informed and involved. Although based in Toronto, they serve clients remotely across Ontario and Canada, making legal help accessible from the comfort of your home. Their compassionate team listens to your story, validates your experiences, and fights tirelessly for the benefits you have paid for.
