Suite Access
Enter the main lobby of Tower 1 and take the elevator bank to the 13th floor. The office is in Suite 1301. The building is fully wheelchair accessible.
Parking Details
The complex features a large multi-level parkade connected via pedway. There is also metered parking available along Upper Water Street.
Public Transit
Extremely well-connected. The Halifax Ferry Terminal is just a short walk along the boardwalk. Multiple Halifax Transit bus routes stop directly on Upper Water Street and at the nearby Scotia Square terminal.
